hi,

I would like to share one thing that in this world many kind of people and many taste of people living here and also surfing in web for the purpose of their taste and work. so we wont worry about the support, because people always will help from many other places. so if we want to share something means we can share

but the only one thing is hesitation.

if we keep within us and then we will be plastered like a bomb.
so sharing is a well treatment to many sad people.

Support groups are, and should be, a give and take experience. What I’ve found is that you can actually help yourself by giving and supporting others as well. It can not only help you learn but it gives you a sense of pride and accomplishment by helping others.

But I think it’s also the ‘what goes around, comes around’ adage. At least that’s what I’ve experienced

Very true, I started out with a small group and now they have been mentioned in Wired & The Guardian. Had I joined an old group I would never have been able to help out as much as I would have liked and soon lost interest!
