I love Firefox. It is fast and secured, compared to the most common browser (Internet Explorer or IE) that runs in the most common Operating System (Windows). Firefox developers were one of the innovators of tabbed browsing, which IE 7.0 (only in Windows XP SP2) already copied to keep up with the competition. Tabbed browsing was a breakthrough. You don’t have to open multiple instances keeping your taskbar clean.

One thing i love about Firefox is security. So far, I haven’t got any spyware on my XPS machine. And it looks like it will remain clean as long as Firefox is here. IE is a spyware magnet. If you have no protection in your PC, it will be very prone to maliscious programs if you’re not careful. With firefox, I’m confident with my browsing. By the way, Firefox now come with a very useful Google Toolbar.

So if you’re still loyal to IE, I suggest you switch to Firefox now. I’ve been telling my friends and clients the same thing. And just last month, our Archdiocese recommends firefox for internet browsing for the same reasons I mentioned above.
